Something Afoot
Just scratched my back
With a foot
Am i a contortionist?
No!
My foot
Just happened
To be handy
Yet it is far
(From the maddening crowd!)
(did i say that out loud?)
Harder to scratch
My back
With a hand
Yet i need my hand
To hold my foot
To reach places
My hand cannot reach
My foot is 30 centimetres long
Good for straight lines
And measuring stuff
Would unlikely put a sock on it
It's not that kind of foot!
