Patterns of Behavior
We each use
Our own rituals...
Insignias
And routines,
And every single
Cycle rolls
To justify
The means.
Those symbols
Of our feelings
As they unfold
Through our pain.
And everytime
The clock
Strikes right
We feel familiar rain.
The ambush
Of our memories
Can set us
To our chore,
And just
In time
It happens as
We open up the door.
