Sunrise of Nothingness

“My soul now lost in darkness.” - Shaman

Gone to gloom, secret lanterns -
Grainy gold, a static of strangers,
Throttled bottle set to bubbles,
Dragon tears pooled, kept cool -

Sudden, momentary loss of control -
Swerved, shimmering thing awakens
Into swinging pendulum - across
Mercury mirror, showing glowing,

Star crossed starkness, face
Of an angel, window paned
In sterling oval orb, withholding
Razor bladed, polaroided time capsule

Blood stream teemed
In

Kamchatka,
A world

Far

Away,
As tar black wheels

Leave

Scars
On
Tar

Departing a perfect surface
To go as far

As

A sunrise

Of

Nothingness…

[Soul now lost in darkness.]
