        this is a "mind eff" on multiple levels....      
"heaven" is a "fair" "prosperous life" and a "moral" "death"; "hell" is a forced lived drained existence and the pyre....      
     
     
         everything is expensive; everything/everyone is made to be as if it's/their expendable;      
     
     
     "life" is filled with suspense; "profit" is made at the expense of...."life" is a "soul" train; like as if coal is the soul steering the train....in circles.. dropping off and picking up.... life is a headache; life is a heartache....
