WALKING ON THE SAND

Walking on the sand,
my hand in your hand,
as the sun beats down
on us, out of town
for day on the beach,
run kit cladding each,
exchange smiles knowing
of where we're going...,

Light hearts relaxing,
thoughts 'bare skin maxing,,
brown slowly turning
(avoid sunburning)',
making a foot trip
to spot where we strip
to dip in the brine
beyond 'Nude Beach' sign.

We notice the heat
of sand under feet,
absorbing the rays
of sunniest days,
so all-over warm
in our naked form
top to under toe
while light breeze does blow.

After that cool down,
we dry skin, turn brown
on towel lying,
sun cream stops frying,
as on fronts, then backs
we dozing relax,
our eyes are sunglassed
as time is thus passed.
