Are you saying that we should be out in the Ozymandian southwest solving the alien invasion? Surely not.
Invasion is a Trumpian trope.
And how can we, other than winning political power, solve anything? I’m asking seriously. Fact is that capitalism needs more and more bodies both to consume and produce. Social Security walks on wobbly legs as it is.
We have to be enough but I do not sense the passion to do what needs to be done. Hate to come across as being the fly in the oinkment, but all men are a bit porcine, I’ve found.

What I'm saying is that we live in a false narrative taught to us by our family systems, religious, and social institutions.
Most follow and obey those narratives w/o question. This allows others to control our thoughts, beliefs and actions.

Yep, the inherited narrative rules not only the culture at large but also our individual personal stories we inherit and modify. This is the gateway for breaking the great cultural spell: tell a different story.
