Glittered Turd

 
I took a shit on the floor  
I didn’t clean it up, I’m not a cleaner    
I sprinkled glitter on it to make it look pretty      
and sprayed nice smelling things to hide the stench      
     
I tiptoe through a landscape of glittered turds      
careful not to disturb their shiny non offensive surface      
or reveal the rotting shite that makes up their core
