tender mist
drops fervently on bare
branches
coating air
and earth in rich
heaviness
everything gray
drenched in a shower
of fog
places to dance
disappearing
in the folding
of wet
her slender arms
embracing the warmth
shifting
through snowy white clouds
refusing to melt
her feet barely
touching
earth
this is how she celebrates
the coming of spring
on toes
balancing on the edges
of winters chill
rising
with the mysterious
haze
