Bet You Didn't Know I Was Gone - Songs written for the female voice

I bet you got up this morning
Took a shower and dressed
Probably read the news on your phone
while you drank your coffee, I'd guess.
I'll bet you said, "see ya honey, when I get home"
But I bet you didn't know I was gone

That's right, I left late last night
I took a midnight flight
To anywhere but here
I don't hate you hun
I wanna make that clear

::Chorus::
I'm just tired of being a piece of furniture
Just another trophy on your wall
I'm tired of being treated like a servant
Always at your highnesses beck and call
You don't owe me a thing
I never asked for a ring
And somehow I'll still carry on
But I betcha didn't know I was gone

I wonder how long it'll take you
To realize that I'm not there
Will you send out a search party
My guess is, you really won't care
I'll bet you'll wonder what is going on
But I'll bet you'll think I'll return before too long

You know I'm not coming back
You'll need someone else to get your snacks
I'll be anywhere but here
I don't hate you hun
I wanna make that clear

Chorus
