alone?

 
I travel space at an unbelievable speed
while g forces pulled at my soul
stars and bright colors explode in front of me
I thought I might shatter
with all the dark matter colliding with my being

then time would warp and shift
I slow down and watched as stars spin
the cosmos bloomed and flowered before my eyes
I gasp in wonderment and awe

then faster and faster I traveled the space line continuum
through wormholes into new dimensions
I met other life forms there who viewed me with great interest
they all appeared differently while I was planet hopping
curiously they originated from the same source

in an instant I traveled eons to the beginning of all living
his first thought was I am
it took a very long time to form the thoughts I am aware

swimming through empty space looking for another like force
the darkness a quiet comfort
he did not feel alone
