Beholder of Ruin and Other Beauties

Desolate and lowly
Darkness take me slow
Below the writhing rivers flowing
Greif on down
Torn and beset by drowning
A gloomy day of sweet nothingness

Desperation but a broken kiss
Upon the lips of forgotten gods
Skyward hand to trace palatial veils
A vast ovation of creations woe
Tears fall down as all life fails
A bitter ruin of constellations

Facade and mercy
Gifts of another treason
Mark the season tallied over
One from three and two forlorn
December's end begins again
Behold the silence

Everlasting in its fortitude
The mountain rebels the skylines
Horizons opt for chaos and envy
Within the eyes of the forsook
Betrayed and brutal
Hating all with a miser hand
