I so enjoy how you receive your inspiration to create. Your title is a story poem in itself. The body of the poem was a lush scene of different mini stories throughout.

This is why I love your comments. I think my other half (screenwriter) snuck out and decided to write. hahahah. And I think I'm going to use in my other, other project. (The Trick of Pumpkin Manor). I want to make it into a trilogy and this is a great scene for one of my witches named - Amelia White - Cosmo Fashionista Extraordinaire at your service (this is how she introduces herself after she lands on earth like a graceful comet). All of her shoes are animal print which can come to life.  Oh lordy.  My mind is in overdrive right now.  You rock amiga!!!

Powerful imagery, and well placed turns of phrase, Adelphina.

I like the smooth transitions, from stanza to stanza.

And the breakaway rhyming line, in closing.

I got a surreal feel, throughout...

Which always stimulates my mind in cool ways.

Right - her voice just took me there and conjured this montage of  micro scenes. Not so sure they are stanzas. I was so focused about painting the image down before they flew away. I think my screenwriter side snuck out. And I am keeping this to use in my other, other project. It goes perfectly!!  You have just met Amelia White - Cosmo Fashionista Extraordinaire. hahahahah.

Isn't it awesome that we can be lulled in by music, and a melodic voice, even if we don't know the language?  Because beauty is universally appreciated.  

You've done so well with this piece, Amiga!  It is truly what poetic expression is supposed to be.  Outstanding.

I'm going to let you in on a little secret. It is the first time I have ever
used the word estival. Was looking for other words to use instead of summer so I looked up synonyms.  I do that a lot. But don't tell anyone. LOL

Music is a big part of my writing. Not really something I can explain but its more of a feeling that triggers my mind in different ways.

I write screenplays on the side. Nothing optioned or sold yet but that is the dream amigo:) I have actually placed in a couple of film festivals (yes this is me flexing my screenwriter skills LOL) so I'm just rolling with it. hahah
