not really on the Moet just a half a thimble full once a week and ten miles my friend once again that is up to you on the thimble and all the luck in your hard training ahead know you can do it

I have to refrain from the Moet...that is the hardest part of training... It will be Perrier Water with a slice of lemon to contain my fat molecules from here on out...

Ten miles that is usually the standard, thus far I am leg cramping by the eighth mile, however, by March I will have exceeded beyond ten miles. Less miles than what you are used to is what happens when you slack up after November, but I like the challenge each year...
