Getting In My Bones (rockabilly blues song)

For sure she was a young one
She was barely seventeen
I could tell the girl needed lovin’
You must know what I mean

I’d show the girl a good time
And then I’d be on my way
But when we finished making love
She asked if I could stay

Chorus
"Stay," she said. "Won't you play some more?"
"Please don't leave me lying here alone."
I looked at her, she was a pretty score
She was getting down deep in my bones

“Sure,” I said, still feeling fine
Thought I’d have at least a second serving
That sweet little dish sure loved to fuck (love)
She made me feel so undeserving

(chorus)

I put out of mind all my guilty thoughts
And got down for a few more laps
We fucked (loved) that guiltless night away
Till she said, "Look there, your saps a rising'!"

(chorus)
