Just Friends
Starting to trend with the same patterns.
One easy route leads you to an inevitable hard path.
Maybe it’s better to meet a difficult path first.
Love the wrong things way too fast.
How are sentimental moments erased so easily?
Dating was never really fun.
A better place to be is on the the treadmill enduring a really hard run.
“I’d like to be friends.”
“We should be friends.”
“I don’t want to lose you in my life.”
She says.
To be honest being friends doesn’t work while there are still active feelings for you.
So no we are not just friends.
