touch ecstasy then fade
in my depths I am a woman in love
dip, twirl come into my lust
delve deep dearest mister
and you will find the heart of me
heated passion ignites desire
I look to you and you to me
you see my soul glow
and it's then you know
you will never be the same
forever altered, your want, my need
seared abandon cries out
my blush deepens when you caress me
I hate to admit it but you are my secret faith
I can still love you're proof
my need grows from my admiration of the man you are
you can be cold calculated steel
but for me you're tender
I submit to you candor

This is timely and pervasive. Affection and desire notwithstanding, there is a protocol for both attending to and having boundaries in place.
It does seem to be the case that during the pandemic there has been a step up increase in tension and anxiousness, which pushes on attachment theory to deal with this upward ticking timebomb surge.
It's real. Everyone is running for cover. Avoidants are doubling down. Anxious chicken littles are claiming Armageddon. And generally speaking there is an uproar in the baseline of human arrangements.
Your case is well made and its verisimilitude is well taken. We must both check in and check out, hold on and hold off. It's distressful.
Better communication would help and self-care and self-soothing are on call.
Personally, more sexting, more video sharing, and more time in the bathroom at work seem inevitable. The cure is worse than the disease
