Under my tree, a Christmas dream

A parcel wrapped in lace, underneath my Christmas tree, a bow of the finest Red silk and the gift tag said it was for me

It was such a pretty package, it put a smile across my face, I wanted to unwrap it but it was not the time or place

Three days till Christmas it seemed like a lifetime away, I am quite impatient and I so desperately wanted it today

When no one was looking, I had a myself a little feel, it was curvy and so soft, my need to open it was real

I hung up my Christmas stocking I put up a sprig of Mistletoe, I put out some milk and cookies for the man who says ho ho

I lay there on Christmas eve, waiting for the dawn, I was so excited i could not sleep, all I could do was yawn

One minute into Christmas day, I rushed down to my special gift, I peeled off the Red silk bow and took the lace off swift

There was my dream girl, standing with lots of lace around her feet, I said my thanks to Santa, for my Christmas treat

Then the alarm went off, for me that was the lot, I made my way down to my gifts to see just what I got

Some socks and some aftershave, stuff that wasn't on my list, no sign of my dream girl, no matter how much I wished
