IN GOD WE TRUST

Pedals for these medals
The world spins like a bezel,
I aim for stars just to see your face, As I take my place,
We are on a race,
So allow me to state my case;
I’m in this world weighted by hate, I’m here trying to balance the weight. Honestly, I’m scared for my fate
And the things I might face.
Perpetually,
This is connecting me,
To the intensity,
Of my own reality-
God has made us all crazy.
Excuses for life this god has made,
In many proportions and different shades,
It gave us reasons to be at war,
Please don’t miss the wisdom I have in store,
Because you believe what you believe,
But really what do you believe it for?
This was supposed to be a poem, but I’m lost for metaphors.
Because you believe in Krishna,

He believes in a mister,
She believes in Buddha,
He thinks he came from Judah,
Righteous to their own egos, Alone amidst a billion people, Who will never find their equals! So, however it may go,
I hope when they let the story show, This is my phonetic flow,
Trapped in a world of schizos
They say I am going the wrong way,
They say with magick I should not play,
So on this stubborn planet I’m forced to stay, They like to say, that I need to pray,
They say all I need is faith.
All I need to do is read and meditate.
Well when I was young I did believe,
I had more faith than a mustard seed.
But every pastor was full of greed,
Saw the collection plates filled with green. They only cared about the community,
So they can reside in this country,
Pockets heavy and tax free.
But in all actuality,
I was stuck here in reality
Wondering if their god really cared for me.

I read their books, every damn line... Every version let it enter my mind
But still all remained and nothing changed, Until I took the pieces of their game
And decided it was time to rearrange.
How is talking to the sky going to help?
I get better answers when I talk with myself!
Because there is no one in this world to take care of me, No one in this galaxy I should fear but me,
I’m the only one to tell me what to do clearly!
They say I’m a narcissist if I call myself god,
I say its politics to believe in a god,
And I think you’re delusional if you think there’s a god.
Anything in the sky is extra terrestrial, What I look like placing on a pedestal A guy who hates homosexuals?
I have the mind of an intellectual,
My movements are perpetual , I always stay on a schedule,
I only believe in decimals, Smoking herbs for medical.
I AM a beautiful perpetual, Unforgettable, exceptional, Impeccable professional,
With too much knowledge, Not obtained in a college, But rather by paying homage,

And through moments of solace,
With a force that can’t be abolished...
If you don’t get it, you’re childish.
I solemnly promise,
I don’t even trust the god in my wallet Everything in this earth soon will tarnish.
I know rules so I don’t indulge in the tonics, Lay off of smoking the chronic,
My mission is to leave them astonished,
In a place where they will have to acknowledge, I AM, I AM could never be demolished.
I guess my soul is angelic with a little demonic, I am Dauntless and a little bit gothic.
So smart I should be building rockets,
But I write poetry - now that is ironic!
They read the bible, I was reading my comics, Studying hieroglyphs, and staring at comets. Learned from xmen to live right and be honest. Learned from spiderman to always live modest.
Tell me,
Who can be my savior, other than me.
I bet after reading it’ll start some controversy.
