Mass hysteria
I’ll fight them all,
Today, I stay with myself
Protect my own.
And even though you think I'm no good, I must be crazy,
I won't let your ignorance drive me insane.
Won't let your opinion weigh on mine.
See, I make my own choices...
Your army of sheep can’t drive me crazy.
Your demons I do not find intimidating.
Cause I will fight them all.
Today, I’ll stay with myself
Satisfied with the choices I make.
Today I won, not just from you, but from my own insecurities.

Good Morning Bluevelvete
I can't explain how nice it is to read your words. I'm done with not being allowed to form my own opinion, at least that's how it's felt. As if you are no longer allowed to make your own choices. I had to speak up. Speak my heart. Cause I know in a world of fear, not many dare. But I do. I won't stray from self, cause they say so. So thank you for seeing my bravery as a beacon! I am glad I am not alone.. Stay strong, cause no, you aren't either! *hugs*
