Dear U,

Copycat Nikkimoe. I wish I could say I do everything you write in this poem. Based on some of the exchanges I’ve had with customer service reps I’m embarrassed to admit if what I said to them was the last thing they heard it would be a sad and shameful send off.
I will recall this poem starting tomorrow to be a kinder gentler me…maybe…🙄

Dear H,

Ohh sometimes it is so hard to do, especially when challenged by our co-communicators. And nonetheless I know of a true story of a teen being a teen yelling something awful to her father, before she left for the night to be out with friends. He, that same night while she was out, passed away from a heart attack.

And I have not ever forgotten that story.
