UNDER THE LAYERS

A question for the depth of your mind as you become, aware of your thoughts and emotions and feelings. As you attempt to understand the difference between your emotions and feelings. But yet as you become more aware, that you have these thoughts and dealings with your emotions. That they lay beneath layers and layers often appearing, to seem to attack the very fabric of your thoughts and mind. For its true what they say what you seek is not what you want and need sometimes, for you have to seek those moments when you are in the process of learning what is FAKE and REAL. For darkness is never a place to live or dwell to long, as you try to understand the deepness of the true process, under the layers and layers of your thoughts holding you as a hostage with your past and present hurt and pain.
