Overlapping

Our skin stutters over each other's bones
Dearly addicted the shapes we suppose
Our tongues italicized for emphasis
We religiously wrote the song of genesis
-
You sing through my lips
And we
Mix with each other
We
Pierce each other's
Ears
We escape into
Each other's
Fantasies
-
You cover me in honey
Just
So you can drink it
-
I sank with you
In the river
So we could baptize each other's eyes
-
We rolled in the grass
With the beetles
And the weeds
And the weight of our gravities
