White and Green
When I was small
So small that I could be stepped on
I was given a pill of white and green
The person who gave me the pill of white and green
Was a lady with a nice coat and a celebrated title
She was kind and had a voice that calmed the insane
She said to take it to feel better
She said to take it to be happy
She said to take it once a day
And since she was a lady with a nice coat and a celebrated title
I did what she said
Because a lady with a nice coat and celebrated title was supposed to be trustworthy
I did what she said
I did what she said for a very long time
I woke up every morning and took the pill of white and green
And every day I expected to feel better
And everyday I expected to be happy
For I took the pill of white and green once a day
So the lady with the nice coat and celebrated title told me to take two pills of white and green
She told me that it will fix everything
That it will make me feel better and happy
So I took two pills of white and green once a day
But as the years passed by
And the darkness still consumed me
The pills of white and green seemed to increase
The pills of white and green seemed to be suffocating
The pills of white and green seemed to kill me
But there the lady with the nice coat and and celebrated title went on
Telling other little girls to take a pill of white and green once day
And they will listen because she was a lady with a nice coat and a celebrated title
And every day they will take a pill of white and green
And every year they will increase
And everytime they will die just like I

My teen son suffering from PTSD and depression after a traumatic building fall accident was prescribed an anti depressant by a similar white coat but taking it just for a week made him suicidal so we told the doc we wont be giving him that so we are treating him with Quran and prayer and love so after two years his depression has gone . There was another lady whose depression was treated by Quran without meds. I too treated my anxiety via recitation of God's name with the rosary.
