People will sell you out
for a cup of coffee

Let alone

For material riches
of society;

And

This I never want to be,

As:

I would rather die
than be

That.

I just can’t
be

That.

I just won’t
be

That.

But I see a way.

Oh

I see a way.

And maybe just maybe, they were right

When

They

Said

That I had foresight.
