From The Pan To Nowhere

Into the fire
I just wouldn't go ,
you ate me up
then chucked me luck
as embers they did glow .

Into your life
yes I did go
I should've known
your guilty soul
would blow to the digger of gold ,
and all I told
you would re-mould
the things we did
you turned to sin
from the outer most
to the inner everything
with no remorse
and an attitude that stinks
then like a ghost
you kept on haunting .

Pseudonyms
and back stabbings
all of this
to clear conscience ,
wrong accusations
in your lack of patience
disbelief in the time
you were waiting ,
as you just couldn't see
or believe
I was worthwhile
as for me
frying pan nearly
to the fire .
