Forsake everyone      
by saving yourself      
via feigning neutrality      
      
Play the victim      
to a crucified t      
Woe to anyone      
who crosses me!      
     
Spread gossip in public      
while privately telling lies      
or the opposite      
     
Is true;      
hardly should come      
as a surprise that you      
have few genuine friends      
if any      
     
That's Karma      
at its most basic      
minus the usual      
spiritual or metaphysical      
heavy lifting      
     
---as simple as the poems      
you begin authoring . . .      
but refuse to take      
credit for writing      
their ends, of which      
justify the means      
in moments self serving
