Make beauty out of darkness

Your body
 
Is not a coffin for you to bury your pain.  
 
Find another place for it to reside.  
 
Preferably not inside,  
of your fragile heart.
 
Where it tears you apart.  
 
Find an art form,  
a way of expression.
Your own secret confession.
 
So, lay it to rest.
 
Outside of your body,
Where somebody can find,
The beauty inside,
of the darkness that you buried.
