I'd recommend a name change from the Big Bang to the Big Ben - but then it might get blamed for trying to control us like Big Pharma, Big Tech, Big Tobacco, Big Whatever Else LOL!

Try a different adjective? LOL!

Karma is a bitch.  What comes around goes around.  If you do good then good comes of it if you bad then you deal with the consequences.  Keep on writing.

I struggle with pragmatism in that, I am able and willing to see things as they truly are, but I struggle with the sensibility. Karma gets hers, regardless.

Karma is neither good nor bad, kind nor cruel ( I just liked the alliteration of the title ). Karma is just energy that returns to the sender, often times 10-fold because the Universe is like that; it magnifies one's desires and doesn't differentiate between whether those desires are ( per human terms ) good or evil.  It simply responds to one's own vibrational emittance.

Sometimes accepting karma requires a time-frame-context over several lifetimes - which I guess adds a healthy curiosity to things that happen in our lives. (I find Life-Between-Lives {Michael Newton} helpful in this respect)

I guess for me, it begs the question, are the pains and tribulations punishment for the things I've done in the past (I punished myself for a lot of things), carrying a guilty conscience for a while. That first line sure does delivery some heavy perspective.

I don't believe in punishment, Wally. The Universe/God/Source doesn't punish.  We punish ourselves more than anyone else. And there are no mistakes. Mistakes are simply experiences. No more or less.

Quite a provocative stance. I do believe in punishment and if it is warranted I thoroughly enjoy dishing it out. On the other hand I do hate being punished. A true hypocrite am I, I dare admit.
