Look in the mirror

 
You say you don’t like my voice?
I don’t need your permission to speak.
If you sit here and listen, that choice isn’t on me.

But I don’t want to hear you complain.
Saying that I’m not good enough, and don’t deserve a thing.
You made a list of all my flaws and I need to change.

Before you judge me.
You better take yourself off of the shelf because your not perfect.
No one can be,
So stop trying so hard to be something that cannot be achieved.
