Ice Skating On The Moon

Left the earth
on the onset
Tired of all the
blazing sunsets
Left one early
afternoon
Grabbed the
tallest ladder
Climbed higher
and higher
Grew darker
and darker
Looked up and
found my destiny
Now you'll find me
Ice skating on the moon
Falling stars
coasting beside me
drizzled little secrets
bearing a beaming clear
ice cracked dress
named and styled
as an ice empress
Never melting
with light blue
icicle veins
Sleek hair
moves like floating
iridescent shade
Eyes with pupils
shaped as snowflakes
Gliding on sharp
luminous blades
Shaving the frozen
moonlit glade
Keeping all the
frost inside
Gifting waterfall
ocean tides
The sun dims me away
Love the quiet
and here I glow
with a black drop
blanket as my beau
So I've decided
I'm gana stay
You won't find me
anytime soon
Now you'll only find me

I love to watch ice skaters perform. They always look so weightless.
