I AM RELUCTANT TO ASK

QUESTION

When I think of
you, see you,
read your words,
I desire you,
but for some reason
I am reluctant to
ask.
WHY?
Maybe I'd expect
a no or a rebuke
for being so
presumptuous to
dare and break protocol,
or some other rejection.
You are, and have, all
the wonderful qualities
one, ME, could ever desire
or want. I am reluctant
to ask
BUT
will you meet me at
the Kissing Place tonight
and I'll ASK.
