Diary - A walk in the rain
So I was doing my morning walk, when it started raining. I ducked into the local coffee shop, and the girl behind the counter said, "I can't believe you were walking in the rain."
I told her, "There are worse things in life than walking in the rain."
There was a silence, which is seldom heard in this busy coffee shop, when a voice came from the back, "A Proctology exam, that's worse..."
Then another voice from the table by the window, "An IRS audit, that's worse..."
I think we were in agreement, there are much worse things than a walk in the rain.
