In a twilight state of mime
of cable cars and trains
echoing on the pine
taking baby steps to define
cinching wind by the throat
as shadows fall at my window
leaving fingerprints of my soul
rescuing me from the darkness
with hymns of the ghost
in a ministry of my ossuary
with the waftures of incense
