And feeling comfortable and confident.

Loving myself is reading a book on a
Rainy day with a cup of hot tea.

Loving myself is forgiving myself,
And not trying to carry the weight of the world.

Loving myself is… hard.
I’m getting better at it though.

Loving myself is speaking up for myself,
And making sure my voice is heard.

Loving myself is allowing myself to
Screw up and make mistakes.

Loving myself is important because if
