OH,  FOR A TASTE

HUNGER

There it is,
creating curiosity;
my mouth is
watering for a taste;
I have been
told by others
how delicious
and addictive
even a small
taste can be;
I am tempted
to just, without
and invitation, to
"steal a taste."
The Banana Split
being served to those
ahead of me in line
is so tempting, the
delicious ripe banana
with chocolate, vanilla,
and strawberry ice cream
topped with whip cream
and a cherry.
Oh, meet me at the
kissing place and we'll
share a taste, okay?
