Is My Boon
The stormy mid day blues,
got me randomly thinking of the moon,
this Sunday, will I get a boon?
there’s always fun in the rain
the one that immerses as one in that moment
becoming one with the element
often there’s the randomness
ever so often there is a calming rumble of the thunder
sensing the soul beyond yonder
letting the mind to be awoken
the sweet petals of roses with the pearly raindrops
the nature can be ever so soft
and the sun shines through
diffracted by the drops into the beautiful colours
into a path for a unicorn
galloping gallantly over the rainbow
breaking past the sorrows of the darkest night
into the light of happiness tonight
colours that shed the light
for a beauty with a taste for the painful ink
for it’s the pleasure of art
we all have a story
that’s sometimes told on our beautiful bodies,
with no pain, there’s no gain
the cool drops of rain,
over my skin taking away all my coloured pain
all that ink, is my boon!
got me randomly thinking of the moon,
this Sunday, will I get a boon?
there’s always fun in the rain
the one that immerses as one in that moment
becoming one with the element
often there’s the randomness
ever so often there is a calming rumble of the thunder
sensing the soul beyond yonder
letting the mind to be awoken
the sweet petals of roses with the pearly raindrops
the nature can be ever so soft
and the sun shines through
diffracted by the drops into the beautiful colours
into a path for a unicorn
galloping gallantly over the rainbow
breaking past the sorrows of the darkest night
into the light of happiness tonight
colours that shed the light
for a beauty with a taste for the painful ink
for it’s the pleasure of art
we all have a story
that’s sometimes told on our beautiful bodies,
with no pain, there’s no gain
the cool drops of rain,
over my skin taking away all my coloured pain
all that ink, is my boon!
