In My Story

When I look into my mirror.
All I see is someone I do not know.
As these feelings grow dearer.
All I want is someone that I can hold.

My life is a lonely thing.
I'm living for today.
There's no way for me to sing.
That takes my fears away.

In my story I am not the one.
No happy ending coming for me.
In my story I can have no fun.
I just turn the page endlessly.

I won't be written in black and white.
Won't be told about around fire light.
Not a song will be sung when I am gone.
I will be remembered by no one.

I wait for another chance.
But chances keep away.
I'm an actor waiting still.
For someone to start the play.
