Autumn Evening
What a beautiful night,
What a beautiful
day dream,
The cosmic spirit
is smiling
back at me.
Its reflection is
in the autumn's
brilliant trees.
The colors look
like topaz,
and the amethysts
of green are
diaphanous & shining.
I want to thank the summer,
I want to thank the light.
