jason hawk (red tail)
red-tail gliding low,
lands on a wire,
cue the screeching,
from the bluejay choir,
cardinals and sparrows
screech chirp and peep
hawk on the wire,
starts cleaning its beak,
the chipmunks scurry,
gettin buried in deep,
squirrels jet thur the grass,
jump into a tree..
crow is in the sky
hawk springs on its trail,
then sparrows dart out
like breaking out of jail,
theres no more squawkings
gone is the red tail,
now..
all the small creatures
collectively exhale.
