There is a fire burning on my cheeks
Under the genesis of a gothic night
With the darkness of forgotten lore
Love does that, do not dread
Tasting the wine of tormented skies
In this body of death under stones
The road ends with a grave of bones

First I really like the premise here it radiates Poe, and perhaps darker elements such as torment...those torment souls of under Paris is what comes to mind reading this dark-seeded brevity...really captures a sense of finality...but even though you speak of finale' I can feel the radiance of hope that expresses a sense of compassion for loss lost souls...really a riveting read..

A dark side to love, but I too feel there is an element of hope here for you come to the end of that road and witness the bones
