Different Type of Species
a bully in high school
now you're a bully on the internet
and a bully to all your friends
guess no one told you
the world doesn't revolve around you
words can cut deep
not that it bothers me
I am beautiful
strong and independent
if you don't see my worth
then that's your own ignorance
won't turn me into a robotic mind
thinking in ways to only feel accepted
I see you there building a brand
my brand is worth more when it's legit
knocking on me
thinking it makes you bigger
pathetic excuse is all you deliver
life's hard enough when no one helps
trying to stay motivated
then I get assholes who I don't even know
kicking my good name around
no one's perfect
I own all that shit
but the thing is
my mistakes are my own mistakes
not anyone elses
spending your time building "clicks"
all of whitch
would backstab you in a minute
if they thought it would get them
the least bit noticed
guess I'm a different type of species
