Reminds me of the Eucharist so well and of Jesus' promise 'Where two or more are gathered in my name, there I will be'.
Some people might be puzzled by the last line - 'Rob Peter, Pay Paul' - that means to divert money intended for one purpose to serve another. A phrase, that some embezzlers may have used to justify themselves, which is said to have arisen from the fact that at the Dissolution of the Monasteries funds seized from Westminster Abbey (dedicated to St Peter) were applied to St Paul's Cathedral (pre Wren) in London.

Thank you for your insight. I never knew the origin of that saying. You've taught me something. Many may be puzzled about that line. That's not a bad thing. It sparks thoughts and conversations such as this. Thanks again.

It felt like a prayer to commune with others, but that closing line is still asking us to stay awake.
