Sometimes, life gives you lemons…

Life is short, so don’t worry about other people, and what they might think about you. Their opinions are none of your business, and they don’t mean anything.

All that matters, is that you learn to be content with who you are, otherwise, you’ll spend a lot of time torturing yourself by overthinking things.

Don’t ever trust people who’re incapable of showing you who they truly are, both the light & dark side of themselves, for everybody has a ‘shadow’ to them, please consult Jung.

It’s OK to acknowledge & honour the shadow self as validating that side of yourself enables you to reconcile the unspoken things that make you feel inadequate.

Noting, you’ll also reach that pinnacle of self acceptance as opposed to being a victim of your own self imposed oppression.

We live in a world full of distractions as we multitask our way through the vortex of energy that shifts our perceptions, and the key to mitigating a collision is to communicate with clear intent, and mean what you say.

Your words, when spoken with truth & clarity, will always provide you with the foundation you need to build strong relationships that sustain, no matter the weather.

Don’t interfere in other peoples relationships, it’s the worst thing you can ever do, and choose your friends carefully as confiding in people, other than your own partner, enables people to cast judgement or proffer an opinion on your relationship.

Noting, they may not necessarily want the best for you, and will betray you because you've empowered them to do so.

Understand the ‘blind men and elephant’ theory as you can shift & grow beyond those conditionings & beliefs that anchor you to the depths of self imposed doubt and the misery the comes from such.

It’s the dichotomy of each and every one of us as we grapple with the human condition.

Learn to embrace animals as sentient beings as they’re capable of providing therapy, to those who require therapeutic interventions.

Keep your head up and don’t look back, you can’t undo what’s been done but you can learn from the past, and make better choices moving forward.

Life doesn’t come with a manual, and by default, is experiential. It’s OK to make mistakes but learn from them as those teachings, are your own.

Never stay in an unhappy relationship as your heart & soul will be maligned, and don’t tell people you love them unless you truly mean it as people are fragile, and might actually believe you.

Earth yourself on a daily basis, whether it be immersing yourself in the ocean, a flowing river or walking barefoot in nature as healing can occur in those sacred spaces.

You have to learn how to create those spaces, and make time for such.

When people want to leave, let them, it creates the pathway for those who’re truly meant to be in your life.

If you don’t ask for what you want or need, you’ll never receive  such things, and people will always fall short of meeting your expectations.

Even the ones you failed to communicate explicitly.

Hug the people you love, and tell people you love them because you won’t get the chance to do so when they move on from the earthly plane.

Be real & authentic, don’t filter yourself to please others, unless of course your livelihood depends upon it.

Be resilient, it’s the only way to grow from adversity.

Know when to hold on, and fight for things worth fighting for, and know when to walk away to enable your soul to breathe, and heal.

Don’t be disrespectful to those you love for each act will chisel away at the love & respect they have for you.

Learn to apologise & admit when you’re a wrong, it’s easier for someone to forgive you, there & then, as opposed to making matters worst by lying.

Work hard and don’t rely upon anyone else because freedom abounds when you establish your own financial security as opposed to relying upon others in your realm.

Love yourself, and find the beauty in doing so because no one else is capable of bringing you happiness, round the clock.

Pursue your dreams, it’ll enhance your life experience, and provide you with enough motivation to sustain yourself.

Learn to have a wild love affair with wanderlust as those places, people, food and cultural experiences will enable you to view the world as it should be, through the lens of diversity.

Follow your heart but learn to be smart.

Forgive yourself for things that you’re unable to change, and learn the art of letting go of things you cannot change.

You deserve a clear conscience but that won’t be attained unless you do the necessary work on your inner yourself.
