Masturbation: Nothing To Laugh About
thursday morning
i showered
got dressed
and drove
to the doctors office
the secretary
asked a few questions
gave me a clipboard and told me to to fill out
the forms and sign the confidentiality statement
a few minutes later
the nurse called my name
showed me to a room
gave me a gown
‘it ties in the back”
i followed instructions and
laid down half-naked
on the cold exam table
eventually the doctor arrived
introduced himself
had me lie on my back
legs spread feet int the stirrups
he said
‘you have to stop masturbating.”
i said
“why”
he said
“because
i’m trying to examine you.”
