Now all that is left for me is finding her

Where does the search begin
In a world with billions of people
When this person lives in another continent
There is no way of knowing that the other person even exists
The idea of someone like you has never even entered any daily thoughts
Not even in the most evident dreams
All too painful to believe as being possible
Unable to trust in the plans of providence
Wasting time and energy in the safety of certainty
Comfortably cradled in the stillness of stability
Wearing the pretence and perfume of normality with dignity
Yet in falling on a stepping stone to speak to the one above leaves one a casualty
Unless exiting offers refuge in the eyes and arms of serenity
Chasing Chaste in a platonic planet
Winning weaning without whining
Fading from the foreign
Firmly finally finding home
