Having power on the board at the end of the game
Doesn't change anything; conclusion's the same

Has a vicious left that'll send you six feet deep
Throwing haymakers; that man plays for keeps
He reaps what he sows; unharvested souls

I think it is... Until it isn't?
but there really is no right answer.
Many live in a mode of "the end justifies the means". (Which I believe this write is about.)
In such a state of existence, it would be about the end, which may not be the end, just a conception of the end, potentially.
And if all of our experiences filter into the past, and the past is rendered null by the present (in a variety of possible ways) which is then rendered null by the future, which becomes the present into the past... Unto something in the horizon, which subsumes everything...?
but I think this very thought (journey v destination)... or idea, which inspires thinking, perhaps helps us in some way, to identify what we may not have seen before, or have see, but lost sight of.
I also must say that I am perhaps sentimental, and believe that everything counts, and everything is eternal.
So from this standpoint, it would be about both... The journey AND the destination...
... From another perspective, feeling that nothing matters in the end can perhaps help us to live more fully; perhaps any given idea can have a variety of effects on us, based on our impressions and thoughts connected to these impressions.
... This is an interesting subject matter.
... And then there is the consideration that "anything that is temporary cannot be reality. (this really impacts my thoughts.).
... but maybe beyond all of this is the thought that "perception is reality".
... Also, how does the "individuation factor" effect this discussion?
Like... What if there is a singular truth for each person, which differs from every other person?
This would go beyond a redefining of terms, into a realm of complete elimination of terms?
