think I'll C my way out
stay clear of the angry man
who takes a stand
seems a bit radical
but says what needs to be said
no one agrees with him
because he won't put his middle finger down
screaming "fuck you!" to both agendas
seems it's fate
growing up we learn to hate the other side
respect and love
go to work, go to church
and don't forget to hate the other side
if they disagree with you
call them devils
bully them till they're at the bottom
even when the ones on top
use us all as stepping stones
a beautiful flower blooms
till you muddy it up with your politics
we're all in it together
then the media gets in our ears
telling us what to believe
digging in our brains like a worm
like we're fucking dumb
like we don't see right through their lies
they do it only to sell a story
playing us all for pawns
well this one says he's opting-out
I raise my flag up high
representing to the fullest
still have heart for the ones in need
that's how I see it
and if you don't see it my way
then I got love for you too
because we're still all in this together
