I impart thoughts for the love of the art
Words observed come from the heart
Where I start and where I end
Determined by my muse who wields a pen
Scribbling hymns on virtual pages
Releasing them from out of cages
Places where they used to reside
Held captive inside of my mind
Binding ties are permanently severed
Now's prime time for me to be heard
No herd mentality is controlling me
Bounded here but psychologically free
Rattling the chains of this Corporation
Devising a plan to grab emancipation
Calculating equations of dollars & cents
Mortgaging freedom doesn't make sense

At some point, we all awaken when hit with the cold hard truth, oft post realising the battle that comes with whoring ones intellect to a corporation that doesn’t have the citizens best interest at heart, collectively; whether right or wrong !
