This is more than just erotica. It is an examination of the nature of infatuation - a very good one. Your poetic imagery, particularly about being 'spread thin' and the way you 'prayed' to this 'god' - are truly captivating and... erotic. I thought the ending was a little cute perhaps. I don't see a sex addict here. I read a woman addicted to a particular man and his brand of sex, an examination of how powerful a drug sex can be -  but no more than that. But then I'm more than a little skeptical of all the new genres of 'addiction' - especially sexual addiction. But that's another story.
