Oumuamua

Self image, the rampart
that divides -
the self from the self,
the mind from the heart,

The heart from the soul,

Sometimes in need -
of an object from space
endowed with sincerity
and calibrated perspective,

To stir the senses,

Awakening the organism
to receive truths
from far away stars
in measurements

Of endless thoughts,
originating
in the gaze of your wishes
cast out in dark

Nights of the soul,

When traveling tears
migrated for aeons
as below
so above

Only you know

what

is

Love.

Author's Note
I was just thinking about how society & the world has a way of beating you down and making you feel worthless, afflicting one's self image.

I just pictured how sometimes, if you are blessed in such a way, someone from a faraway place can enter your solar system with something like magic... Magic perhaps capable of transmogrifying these afflictions...

I pictured like...  A person wishing upon a star...  and the distance traveled from the star to the person, and the time intertwined with this travel, as the wish was always on its way, in order to arrive in synchronicity...  the synchronicity that communicates only in beauty...
